💌 What countries do you ship to?

We ship to: 

  • Canada
  • USA (temporarily suspended due to recent tariff changes from the Trump administration)

💌 How much does shipping cost? 

  • We offer FREE TRACKED SHIPPING to Canada and the USA for orders above $70 CAD. 
  • For all other orders, shipping is a flat rate of $10 CAD.
  • For sticker-only orders valued under $10, untracked letter mail is available. Please note this offer is only available for orders shipping to Canada. Replacements or tracking is not provided if item is lost en route.

🤍 Once an order is placed, there is a processing time of 3-5 business days before your order is dispatched. 

🤍 Our apparel is made-to-order. If you've ordered any apparel, please allow 1-2 weeks of production before your order is shipped.

🤍Please note that we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates as shipping delays experienced by couriers are out of our control.

All orders are sent through Canada Post, and the regional mail (ex. USPS) once in the destination country.

💌 Do you currently ship to the United States?

Due to new U.S. tariff policies and Canada Post’s suspension of shipments to the U.S., we’re currently unable to fulfill orders to U.S. addresses.

These changes have placed a significant strain on small businesses like ours.

We’ll resume U.S. shipping as soon as conditions improve. Thanks for your understanding and continued support!

💌 Can I update my delivery address?

We process all orders as quickly as possible so that you get your goodies quickly! If the wrong shipping address is entered when placing your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We can only modify your shipping address before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, we can't modify your shipping address since the package is en route. At this point, we highly recommend reaching out to Canada Post to see if they can assist you with editing your delivery address. For support from Canada Post, please click here

💌 My order didn't arrive, what do I do?

Let's start with tracking your package! Your tracking number is made available on every shipping confirmation automatically forwarded to you. 

If your package is listed as delivered, but you do not have the item, please reach out to the delivery company (Canada Post or USPS). Their support team will be able to start an investigation for you. 

Delivery estimates can be unpredictable. Once an order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, allow 24 hours for the parcel to potentially arrive.
