Exchange/Return Policy

Due to Covid-19, and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

We do not offer exchanges or returns at this moment.

With that said, if there are any issues with your order or damages to your product, we definitely still want to make you happy.

Order Cancellation

If you chance your mind, you can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after it’s placed. 

To cancel your order please send us an email and we’ll process your request as quickly as possible! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If an exception is approved where a refund is due, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Typically, refunds will reflect back on your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
